Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, and how to change your mind.

What I collect and why
- Health Notes sign-ups. Your email address and, if you choose, your first name, plus the page you signed up from. This is used only to send Tia's Health Notes. Sign-ups are stored and sent through Klaviyo, and you must confirm by email before you're added. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
- Contact messages. Your name, email, the inquiry type, and your message, delivered to tia@wellnesswithtia.com so I can reply. Please don't include personal medical information.
- Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics with IP anonymization to understand which pages are read. It sets cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with an extension without affecting the site.
- Server logs. The hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
- Outbound links. Guides are sold and delivered by Payhip, and the Viome link on the Guides & Resources page is an affiliate referral link. Those sites have their own privacy policies; this site does not receive your personal information from them.
Guides and purchases
Guides are delivered and sold through Payhip. When you download a free guide or buy a paid one, Payhip collects the details it needs to deliver the file or process payment under its own privacy policy. Requesting a guide does not subscribe you to Health Notes.
What I don't do
- I don't sell or rent your information.
- I don't add Health Notes subscribers to AMINATIDE's THE SIGNAL list, or vice versa. They are separate publications with separate consent.
- I don't collect health histories or medical information through this site.
Third-party services
Klaviyo (email), Resend (contact-form delivery), Google Analytics (usage measurement), Vercel (hosting), Payhip (guide delivery and payments), and Fontshare (web fonts). Each processes data under its own policy. Links to Instagram, TikTok, and aminatides.com lead to sites with their own policies.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from Health Notes using the link in any email, or write to tia@wellnesswithtia.com.
- Ask me to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you by emailing tia@wellnesswithtia.com. I'll respond within 30 days.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Children
This site is intended for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, I'll update the date above and note the change here.
