If you would’ve told me a few years ago that I’d be living in Miami Beach, running a wellness business, and helping others transform their health—I probably wouldn’t have believed you. But I’ve learned that life has a way of rerouting us when we’re brave enough to listen.
This is the story of how I became a health coach at 26 years old—and the journey that brought me here.
After graduating college, I followed what I thought was the “right” path: a high-powered job in New York City working in finance and private equity. From the outside, it looked like success. But on the inside, I was unraveling.
I felt completely out of alignment with who I was. The fast pace, the pressure, the culture—it all felt toxic to my mind, body, and spirit. My physical health suffered, but so did my mental and emotional well-being. I was disconnected, deeply unhappy, and felt like I was living someone else’s life.
When I was offered a new opportunity to work in New Jersey near my family—this time as the Vice President of Development for a respected ad-tech firm—I took it. I was only 24, and I felt both proud and grateful to be in a role where I respected my team and enjoyed the work. But even then, something still didn’t feel quite right. The stress was constant, my health was still on the decline, and the Northeast no longer felt like home.
I started having this deep, intuitive sense: something had to change. I needed to take back control of my health—and my life.
In the fall of 2023, I made the first major change: I stopped drinking. In my former industry, alcohol was practically a necessity—an unspoken part of the job at endless networking events and social dinners. But I knew I needed to reconnect with myself. I spent more time alone, began listening to my body, and discovered Pilates—which became my gateway into reconnecting with movement in a healing way.
Then, the voice inside me got louder: You need a new environment.
Every time I visited South Florida, I felt better. Miami Beach made me feel healthier, freer, more alive. So in the summer of 2024, I finally listened. I moved to Miami Beach—and everything changed.
I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and AFPA’s Holistic Nutrition program. IIN’s approach transformed me from the inside out. Their core philosophy—coach yourself first—resonated deeply with me. I began living as a health coach before I ever coached a single client. I stopped outsourcing my health. I tuned in.
One of the most beautiful gifts of this new chapter was meeting my partner, James. He’s not only the love of my life, but also one of the most brilliant personal trainers I’ve ever met. He has an unmatched understanding of the human body and a depth of care that’s changed my life.
Our relationship is one of mutual growth. He has supported every dimension of my health—physical, emotional, mental, spiritual—and helped me realize that “soulmate” isn’t just a sweet idea. It’s a conscious truth. Our conversations, our shared curiosity, and our aligned paths have expanded my understanding of health beyond anything I learned in a textbook. Together, we’re building something beautiful and complementary—both in life and in business.
I didn’t want to just help people work out. I wanted to help them wake up.
What drew me to health coaching, specifically, was its softness. Its inclusiveness. Its emphasis on meeting people where they are. Coaching is a deeply relational process, and it allows space for people to heal verbally, emotionally, and energetically—not just physically.
Empathy is one of my greatest strengths, and I believe it’s my superpower in this work. I also believe that this path is divinely guided. Health coaching has become the bridge between my past and my purpose. And it’s given James and me the opportunity to build a future where we get to support others together—through our shared passion for mind-body health.
Being a health coach means helping people reconnect to their bodies and remember this truth: your body was designed to heal.
My mission is to help people create the environment for that healing to happen—through nutrition, mindset, movement, and lifestyle. I feel especially called to work with people who’ve been disheartened or dismissed by conventional medicine. People who’ve been told their symptoms are “normal” or that chronic fatigue, anxiety, inflammation, or gut issues are just part of life. People who know deep down that something better is possible—and are ready to find it.
Today, I run a virtual health coaching practice where I work one-on-one with clients to help them take back control of their health. My approach is highly individualized. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all wellness. I believe that you are the expert on your body—and I’m here to help you remember that.
I’ve seen my clients transform into more energized, more confident, and more aligned versions of themselves. And it lights me up every single day.
Looking ahead, my mission is simple:
• To empower people to take back their health with clarity and confidence
• To bridge the gap between holistic healing and practical implementation
• To create a safe space where people feel seen, heard, and supported
• And to expand the reach of wellness beyond trends—into truth.
I see you. I was you. And if you’re ready to take the first step toward a healthier, more empowered version of yourself—I would be honored to walk that path with you.
